Everyone needs a bank sooner or later, whether for personal accounts, corporate accounts, or simply for currency exchange.  Chinese banks are of course the easiest to find throughout the city, however they also tend to have long lines and often no English speaking ability on site.  However, there are some Hong Kong based banks with branches in Beijing and a few other international banks as well.
